Due to sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items - all earrings are final sale. However, If your earrings arrive broken, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue ASAP. Please adhere to the earrings care information on how to care for your items to prevent damage. We are not responsible for damaged items from misuse.

At this time we do not accept cancelations.

We are not held responsible for lost or stolen mail. Please contact your local post office if you have been notified of delivery, and have not received your item.
